On Personal Perspective: My 2020 Wrap Up

2020 has been an amazing year. Many tough things have happened this year, but a great tip and reminder to better mental health is to truly focus on gratitude. This can really help you.


I encourage you to participate in this exercise. Write a list of things you are grateful for.


Here are some of my personal highlights and gratitude for 2020:


-I feel so grateful for the simplest things: Being alive, breathing, and being able to enjoy nature. Those are the essentials.


-My family has been really supportive to each other, and I am in deep gratitude to them for staying close.


-I am grateful for the connections I made this year with Quantum Healing and coaching clients.


-There is this extra element of making a difference in someone's life that is so magical! The breakthroughs through this process are life changing.


-The work I do with clients expands one's life perspectives into many positive possibilities that impacts the lives of many around them! It is so exciting to get up every day and be able to witness the progress! Planting a seed and watching a plant flourish is really exciting. I really identify with supporting people's growth. I enjoy what I do!


-I'm so happy for this New Year and the exciting opportunities ahead!


-I experienced a lot of happiness and connection. I feel good about life!
